The rate for one 45 minute coaching session is £45.00
and £40.00 for referred customers
The rate for five 45 minute coaching sessions is £220.00

The initial 30 minute coaching conversation is free there is no obligation, or cost. Just the chance to have a short coaching conversation, and get a taste of phone coaching to see if it's right for you. If you can’t afford it, there are some new coaches who sometimes coach free of charge if they are gaining experience. However, I personally feel that part of the commitment is parting with your money.

And don’t sign up without trying a coach first. A professional coach should offer a free introductory session that should help you establish whether they can help or not and whether you are compatible. It’s very important to have that intuitive ‘click’ with someone.

All coaching sessions are carried out over the phone, and are at least 45 minutes long. Sessions can be arranged to suit your needs - weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.
I offer coaching sessions in the evenings, with the last session starting at 9pm (UK time)*

Callers pay a reduced call charge from anywhere in the UK when calling an 0845 number: 1p per minute - this is much less than half the price of calling an 0870 number.
